The limited edition Hengst print and design of the No Such Creature Dresses were inspired by a recent Nobel Prize discovery which seemingly defied the laws of science. When scientist Daniel Schetchman realized his discovery, he exclaimed loudly "There is no such creature!" That statement along with the ten-fold patterned image of his discovery, inspired the New York fashion designer Hengst to develop the silk print and her designs. "Its about women and the amazing individual creatures that they are, redefining the laws of nature every day."
