Returns & Exchanges

Merchandise in saleable condition with all original tags attached may be returned or exchanged within 14 days of shipping date when accompanied by the original sales receipt and a return authorization number. We do not accept returns on items that have been worn, altered, washed, or damaged in any way. After 14 days, all sales are final. Return of sale merchandise will not be refunded or exchanged.   Made To Wear (MTW) items are exchange for store credit only.  Returns are processed within 5-7 business days of receipt. Refunds may only be issued in the same form as was utilized for payment.

To receive a return authorization number, email returns@hengstnyc.com, or call 212 375-1549 and provide your name, order number, item(s) you wish to return and reason for the return. You are responsible for the return shipping costs. We do not refund original or return shipping charges. Items should be sent within three (3) days of receiving your RA number or your RA number will be invalid. If you return item(s) without a return authorization number, we will not refund you and you are responsible for the return shipping from Hengstnyc.com back to you. We reserve the right to refuse return of any merchandise that does not meet the above return requirements at Hengstnyc.com sole discretion.

We recommend that you insure your package and use a shipper, such as USPS Priority Mail, UPS or Federal Express that allows you to track your package. If you send a return COD, it will not be accepted. We will not assume responsibility for reimbursement or compensation in the event that return packages are lost, stolen, or mishandled.

In addition, please note that unauthorized returns will be charged a 30% restocking fee. This includes, but is not limited to, returns without RA number, refused packages, and undeliverable packages.

If you wish to cancel or modify a non sale order, please send an email as soon as possible to info@hengstnyc.com.  We will make every effort to accommodate your request;  however, once a product has left our premises for shipping, the purchase cannot be cancelled or modified until the product has been returned to us. In this case, please refer to our return policy and return your purchase once you have received it.
